The 34-year-old author and fashion blogger and her spouse, 41, took to Instagram on Tuesday with a heartwarming clip in which they revealed they're adding to their family - which they said came as a 'major surprise.'
The Redondo Beach, California native captioned the clip, 'This was a major surprise and the sweetest plot twist — i cannot wait to watch little ryver be a big brother.'
In the montage, Scruggs and Kennedy, an entertainment journalist who was been seen on E!
and the Today show, could be heard telling his baby son: 'Peek a boo! You're gonna be a big brother.'

Lauren Scruggs and Jason Kennedy are expecting their second child.
The 34-year-old author and fashion blogger and her spouse, 41, took to Instagram on Tuesday with a heartwarming clip in which they revealed they're adding to their family - which they said came as a 'major surprise.'
The couple's announcement comes just more than a year after they welcomed their first child, son Ryver on April 3, 2022 following years of fertility struggles, an IVF journey and an extended home birth that had complications.
